General Terms and Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of France. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Scoutt.it as a result of using these services. You agree not to present yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of Scoutt.it. Furthermore, Scoutt.it shall not be held liable for any representation, action, or failure to act on your part.
